Netbook breakdown, svchost.exe error
Having a hard time last night, dealing with svchost.exe error in my netbook ―(T_T)→. Aswell with Generic Host Processes for Win 32 error... The generic host processes error can be easily fixed by installing an updates from microsoft (Hotfix KB894391), but not for the svchost.exe error. Tried to install updates from microsoft and do some tweak in regedit with no luck for the svchost problem.. \(--)/
After an hour googling to solve the problem, I found out that in some cases virus disguised them self as svchost.exe, a critical process for Windows XP, so I quickly run a full system scan using a free version of Avast antivirus... But it's still not working! (dunno if there's a virus in my netbook or not, since the scan result shows there are no virus). Well, this is really annoying ( ̄▽ ̄)ノ
Well I guess there's one last option left... I decided to remove Win XP from my netbook and installed Windows 7 Ultimate instead... *khukhukhukhu*
Windows XP are no longer supported anyway (´・ω・`)
